Returns & exchanges

Should you require help or service under any of my Returns, Replacements or Refunds Policies or if you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at the following link and I'll happily take care of those issues for you.

ALL REPLACEMENTS INCLUDING REPLACEMENTS FROM DAMAGES:
In order to be eligible for Return, Refund, or Exchange, the item itself must first be returned at the expense of either:
a) the purchaser of record, or, 
b) the receiver of record.  
Once I receive the item or items requiring replacement or refund, I will immediately ship the replacement and/or offer the refund.

DAMAGED CANDLE REPLACELEMT POLICY:
If your candle arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and I will send out a replacement. I typically demand that the damaged candle be received by the store before I will ship the replacement. I may be flexible with this, once trust is established.

REFUNDS POLICY:

We do not accept refund.  

LOST PARCEL REPLACEMENT POLICY:
Please make sure to double-check your contact information including your address before you place an order.  
Shipments without a tracking number are not eligible for Lost Parcel Replacement.  
You may contact me to request upgraded shipping, include a Tracking Number and eligibility for our Lost Parcel Replacement Policy. The upgrade fee will equal the exact amount that Canada Post charges us for the upgrade in service.

 

Shipping policies

SHIPPING POLICIES:
Please make sure to double-check your contact information including your address before you place your order. I will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered contact information which may result in non-delivery of your order. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.  

SHIPPING IN THE USA:
1.) Parcels Under 1kg In Weight:
Orders are shipped via Canada Post Small Packet Air which cannot be tracked.  
You will NOT receive a Tracking Number and you will NOT be eligible for Lost Parcel Replacement.  
Only tracked orders are eligible for Lost Parcel Replacement.  
You may ask for a shipping upgrade to Expedited Shipping which will include a Tracking Number. For full details, see my Lost Parcel Replacement Policy.
All Untracked shipments should arrive within 10-12 business days after payment clears.
All Tracked shipments should arrive within 8-10 business days after payment clears
2.) Parcels Over 1kg In Weight:
All orders are shipped via the least expensive of the following two options:
a.) Purolator Ground Service should arrive within 8-10 business days after your payment clears. This is a Tracked Parcel. You will receive your Tracking Number via email.
b.) Canada Post Expedited Service should arrive within 6-8business days after your payment clears. This is a Tracked Parcel. You will receive your Tracking Number via email.

SHIPPING IN CANADA:
All orders are shipped via the least expensive of the following two options:
a.) Purolator Ground Service should arrive within 5-7 business days after payment clears. This is a Tracked Parcel. You will receive your Tracking Number via email.
b.) Canada Post Expedited Service should arrive within 5-7 business days after payment clears. This is a Tracked Parcel. You will receive your Tracking Number via email.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
Please contact me with your address and order and I will respond quickly and provide you with a couple quotes. You can then decide whether you wish to place an order. I know that international shipping is expensive and I will do our very best in order to get you the very best deal possible.  


PACKAGING MATERIALS:
I guarantee that your order arrives undamaged. I carefully bubble-wrap and securely package each item to arrive at your door undamaged. If your order arrives damaged, you are eligible for coverage under our Damaged Candle Policy. 


ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
I ship most orders within 5-7 business days after your payment clears.


DUTIES AND TAXES
Customers ordering from outside of Canada are responsible for paying any extra fees, duties and/or taxes that may be charged by customs or other officials. 
To date, I are not aware of any charges being levied on any of my shipments.


SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS and ORDER AS A GIFT
If you are ordering our products as a gift or if you would like me to ship to a different address, I'd be happy to accommodate you.  
I will even include a message from you, if you like. 
Please make sure to add the address of the recipient and your message in the 'Message To Seller' section at the checkout or contact me before, or immediately after payment is made.
